This fantastic hotel, which is set in 10 acres of beautiful botanical gardens, mixes the laid –back with the lively!! Made up of ten Mediterranean style buildings, the hotel offers a number of comfortable rooms. There is plenty of opportunity to play and relax with the 8 different swimming pools to and it being just 5 minutes stroll away from the magnificent Son Xoriguer beach. The local town of Cala’n Bosch being less than 15 minutes’ walk away where you will find a great choice of cafés‚ bars and restaurants around the marina. 50m from the hotel, you will find the bus stop that has regular buses that run to Ciutadella.

The Holiday

1. What is the board basis?

This is on an all inclusive rate.

2. What is included in the holiday?

The holiday includes group flights from London, the transfer to and from the airport in Menorca and 7 nights all inclusive at the hotel.

3. How big will the group be?

The group will be around 20 families on a 7 night holiday.

4. Which airports fly out to this holiday

The airport in Menorca is Mahon and is served by many of the airports in the UK. The holiday price is based on flights from London.

We have group flights booked and these fly out of London Gatwick.

Please contact us for further information on costs for any of the regional airports. These include – Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Liverpool and Manchester.

5. When will I receive my tickets?

You will receive your tickets and all other documents between 7 – 10 days before you depart. This will be sent out via email.

There will also be an email with further information – who is on your holiday etc around the same time.

6. What is my baggage allowance?

The baggage allowance will be on your tickets. Each airline is different.

7. Does the coordinator meet us at the airport?

With people coming in at different times, the coordinator will meet you in resort.

8. Transfers – what happens when I get to the airport?

The shuttle transfers are available 24 hours a day regardless of flight arrival time. Where possible the holidaymakers on the group flights will be transferred together.

Private transfers are available for this holiday at a supplement – please contact us on for further prices and information on this.
All of the details on the transfer will be on your vouchers that are issued with your tickets via email 7 – 10 days before departure – this will also include instructions on how to find your transfer.

The hotel from Mahon airport is approximately 32 miles.

9. There is another person’s name on my transfer voucher?

This means that that family are on the same transfer as you.

10. Can I add extras on to my flight?

Yes you can. Please contact us for prices.

Please note that any requests for extras (in-flight meals, extra leg room etc) will need to be submitted BEFORE the final balance is paid (12 weeks before your holiday)

The Hotel

With 7 different pools, buzzing entertainment programme, vast amount of leisure activities and awesome restaurants equates to one fantastic location to holiday.
The location of the hotel could not be more perfect – 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from the local town and marina and a bus stop just outside, which will take you to the picturesque town of Ciutadella.

1. How big is the hotel?

The hotel consists of 450 rooms distributed over 10 two-story Mediterranean style buildings

2. What types of rooms are there?

The rooms that we have are twin rooms and also family rooms suitable for families of 4.

There is a possibility that you can upgrade to a themed room!! Please contact us for availability and upgrade prices.

3. What facilities do the room have?

All of the twin rooms, have private facilities (bath, shower, WC), hair dryer, telephone, satellite TV, mini fridge, air conditioning, safety deposit box (payable locally) with terrace.
Rooms are cleaned and linen and towels are changed at regular intervals.

4. What is included in the all inclusive rate?

The hotel has a main restaurant that offers buffet, two show cooking stations and areas serving wonderful salads, vegetables, fish and meat dishes, fresh fruit and delicious desserts. The Italian Corner, ideal for children, offers tasty pasta, cannelloni, pizzas and other Italian culinary delights

Snack Bar which is opposite the pool area, offers sweet and savoury snacks until midday.
At lunch time there is fast food as well as top quality grilled fish and meat dishes, simple salads and set dishes, cold meats and Spanish fideuá or paella. You can also get drinks from here too.
Lounge Bar which has a wide choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks
• Breakfast: 8am – 10am
• Lunch: 1pm – 3pm
• Dinner: 7pm – 10pm
• Snack bar open for drinks from 11am – midnight
• Snack food served: 1pm – 7pm
• Unlimited locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available from 10.30-23.30

5. What facilities are there at the hotel?

Within the 10 acres of botanical gardens you will find a pool for each day of the week!! Seven pools are scattered through the gardens, including an Olympic-sized number and 3 dedicated to relaxation. There’s an eighth pool that’s just for kids, too. Pool towels are available for a small charge.

There is a multitude of leisure activities that you can get involved with in the complex from playing on the pool tables in the games room to plating football, basket ball, water polo or getting involved in the activates programme.

For those who want to keep your fitness up – there is a well equipped gym (there is a charge payable locally) you can also get involved in many of the daily activities with the entertainment team.

In the evening there is a variety of live shows including flamenco dancing, musicals and acrobatic performances!

Other services that are at the hotel include – 24-hour reception, gift and souvenir shop, Self-service laundrette (washing machine and dryer – payable locally) currency exchange, hire of pushchairs, local information including excursions and a babysitting service (on request and subject to availability)

WiFi is available in public areas around the hotel payable locally.

6. What is there for the Kids?

Along with the fantastic choice of swimming pools including a kids only pool there are a variety of daily sports activities that the kids can get involved with. The hotel offers a variety of activities that are put on by the hotel’s entertainment team this can be from rock climbing to arts and crafts!

Baby rock club (for 8month – 4 year olds)
Bam Bam club (for 5 -12 year olds)
Opening from 11am – 1pm and 3pm – 5pm

There is also an evening programme with discos, party games and camping out!!

7. What is the beach like and is it near?

The spectacular Son Xoriguer beach is 50 metres from the hotel. The beach is a semi-urban beach of white, fine sand and is 180 metres long and 4.5 metres wide. You will also find –rocky parts and surrounded by plants and trees
From Son Xoriguer you can enjoy the wonderful views of the coast of Mallorca in the distance

8. My flight isn’t till the evening, what are my options?

We can contact the hotel to get a price for a late check-out. This all differs on if the room is available for the next day. The hotel does have luggage holding facilities.

The Resort

1. What excursions are there and how much will they cost?

More detailed information on this will be coming soon – this is so that we can give you a better idea of the costs.

The excursions could include a trip to the aqua park, a boat ride, local market trip and of cause a beach day on the gorgeous Son Xoriguer beach!

2. What is the currency there?

Euro is the currency. Which is readily available!

The currency rate is changes often – so you are best looking at this closer to the time.

There are currency exchange facilities at the hotel, you will also find some exchange offices within close proximity to the hotel. There are also many ATMs that you can withdraw money from – however please do check with your bank what their charges are.

3. How much money should I take out with me?

All of your food and drink (as stated above in the all-inclusive rates) in the hotel complex is included – you will need money for any of the excursions that you would like to do and any gifts that you wish to buy.

4. What plug adaptor should I take out with me?

Menorca uses the 2 pin plug that you would find throughout Europe.

5. What is the time difference?

The local time in Menorca is GMT + 1

6. What languages are spoken there?

The main language is Spanish however English is widely spoken! Most of the staff at the hotel are multilingual so there shouldn’t be a language barrier.
