The stunning Cotswolds awaits us for our converted barn trip. Making the most of your visit here will be effortless from your modern converted barn. Close to many picturesque Cotswold villages and within easy reach of wildlife parks, farms, castles, beaches (the largest inland beach in the UK is close by!) It’s bound to be a fun-packed trip for all ages.
We’ll be staying less than 4 miles from the beautiful village of Bourton-on-the-Water, one of the biggest tourist attractions in this area. It’s described as the ‘Little Venice’ of the Cotswolds, with its pretty riverside views. In summer children can be seen paddling and playing in the shallow waters of the Windrush river.
Our barn is on a 1500 acre estate and family farm set in the sleepy village of Notgrove, surrounded by scenic countryside views. The farm is home to the 7 characterful alpacas, along with pigs, donkeys and a goat! The animals love any kind of attention so you can be sure there will be lots of chances to meet them! There are also set times when children can help to feed them. Adults and children alike will love the chance to meet and learn more about the animals. Throughout the estate there are lovely walks and cycle routes to enjoy.
There’s so much to do around here, we’d struggle to list it all! We’re just a short drive from many attractions, including Cotswold Wildlife Park with its exciting collection of animals, plus fantastic treetop adventure playground. The pretty Cotswold Country Park & Beach is a popular spot locally, offering lots of water sports, walking routes and swimming at the UKs biggest inland beach! Other stunning Cotswold villages, such as Upper Slaughter, Lower Slaughter and Stow-on-the-Wold are just 15 minutes or less away. If you’re still wanting more there are National Trust properties, Sudely castle, climbing centres, Birdland, Cotswold Motoring Museum…to name but a few!
Running from Monday 17th August to Friday 21st August 2020. It’s a 4 night break
*Please note that the coordinator is only available on the above dates*

This is a new location... so we do not have any testimonials from some of our previous UK holidays
" Thank you for such a fantastic first SWK holiday. Your organisation and coordinators have made it both fun and relaxing. Percy has really appreciated the friends she’s made and is sad to leave them. For me the other parents have been lovely. Thank you again and we will definitely be booking another one when we can. "
" Our first SWK holiday and had a fab time. Great crowd of people, kids all got on, adults all got on. Looking forward to the next one. "
" Well what can I say – I know, a family holiday that beats no other! Not only Sophia and Mia have blast, relax and lots of fun but daddy cool relaxed, drunk, enjoyed others company and has had many holiday special moments I can’t count on one hand! Thanks for the memories. "
" A fantastic short break with relaxed, like-minded people. Everyone enjoyed the trip to the local pool and West Midland Safari Park. We were fortunate to have a great mother and son double act in our coordinators Becky and Oliver. Thank you for all your help and company on the trip. "
" "Yet another lovely SWK break – in spite of the floods, we had a great time, and the sun finally came out!
Dan says – I had a great holiday at Ironbridge and I saw the flood, and I love it! I loved Enginuity.
