can a tent pole be replaced?
« on: September 04, 2017, 08:53:50 PM »
I went camping this weekend and one section of my tent pole has split.
Does anyone know if these are easy to replace?
I love my tent and really want to keep it.
I'd be grateful for any advice.

Yes, trivial.  :D

If it's fibre glass you can do it yourself ... first you need to acquire a replacement piece of the same diameter and the same length or longer.  If you see odd folk routing through the bins at the end of a particularly wet and windy weekend, come on over .. it's only me salvaging parts ... well, it might be.

There are guides on youtube ... good luck.
