I couldn't even begin to imagine trying to raise a child when so young :

My kids are still quite young for their ages and really wouldn't have a clue. So sad to have her own childhood cut so short at such a young age.

Must have been a huge shock for all concerned but the little one is the priority and it sounds like both parents are involved and are lucky  enough to have supportive families.

I do hate the Daily Mail with it's 'quotes'! They make it sound as though the girls father is proud of her for having sex when in reality he is most likely proud of who she is and how she is handling the situation. Grrrr!
