OK, I stole this from WT4's facebook, so he deserves the credit (or condemnation)

We've amassed a number of fancy dress outfits over the SWK years, mine have been having a ball going through the box and they look pretty menacing. Apparently I'm getting dressed up too  :o  We're off to friends, the kids will go trick or treating while the adults are gathering round a "burning bin" with a hot toddy or two, followed by a scary film.

That said, it's just started raining so there's time for all plans to change....

What do they do in der Schweiz Ms W? Will you be celebrating Halloween?

Last year I was under the impression they didn't do halloween, so I babysat for my neighbours. Turned off my doorbell. And then the place got egged.
The next morning eggs were everywhere, on the houses, billboards, buses....

This year I have sent M to nursery dressed as a witch, even though they told me that they don't have halloween at nursery. She's still too young to Trick or Treat IMO, so that's it for us.

We also miss out on Guy Faulks, but luckily (?) a friends town is having their rabeliechtli on the 5th so we will at least do something. I won't be able to carve my own turnip though as I have a friend over for the weekend.
