I knew someone a few year ago who had a sex-change (male -> female) operation.

After he became she I wondered how her how her body was feeling.  Surprisingly, she said the biggest problem was that one of her nostrils was enlarged, and was a bit sore.

That made absolutely no sense to me - I'd expected she'd talk about the changes she'd experienced below the head.  However, when she told me that the doctors had needed to put a straw up her nose in order to suck out half of her brain it all made sense.

(Just kidding, ladies, honest!)

"Did you know that making a girl laugh is the second best way to get a girl into bed?", I asked my date.
"Really", she asked. "What's the first?".
"A big roger off knife!", I replied.
"Ha ha you're funny", she said.
 "Well done, you've made a sensible choice"  ;D ;D ;D
