What is the board basis?
The holiday is all-inclusive, which includes buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also includes snacks and ice creams at certain times of the day and one à la carte meal per stay.
What is included in the holiday?
The holiday includes flights, transfers to and from the airport in Rhodes and 7 nights all inclusive at the hotel.
Which airports fly out to this holiday?
The price of this holiday includes flights from London, but Rhodes International Airport is served by many of the airports in the UK.

What is my baggage allowance?
The baggage allowance will be on your tickets. Each airline is different.
Does the coordinator meet us at the airport?
With people coming in at different times, the coordinator will meet you in resort.
Transfers – what happens when I get to the airport?
The shuttle transfers are available 24 hours a day regardless of flight arrival time. Where possible the holidaymakers on the group flights will be transferred together.
Private transfers are available for this holiday at a supplement.
All of the details on the transfer will be on your vouchers that are issued with your tickets via email 7 – 10 days before departure – this will also include instructions on how to find your transfer.
The hotel from Rhodes airport is approximately 7 miles.
There is another person’s name on my transfer voucher?
This means that that family are on the same transfer as you.
Can I add extras on to my flight?
Yes you can. Please contact us for prices.
Please note that any requests for extras (in-flight meals, extra leg room etc) will need to be submitted BEFORE the final balance is paid (12 weeks before your holiday)
My return flight isn’t until the evening, what are my options?
We can contact the hotel to get a price for a late check-out. This all depends on whether the room is available for the next day. There are luggage holding facilities.
How big is the hotel?
The hotel has 317 rooms.
What types of rooms are there?
We have twin rooms with a forest/mountain view which can accommodate single parent families of up to 3. For family rooms accommodating up to 4 people, as well as pool view bungalow rooms, please get in touch.
What facilities do the rooms have?
All rooms have air conditioning, balcony or terrace, satellite TV, safe (chargeable locally) and hair dryer.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi is available in rooms and the internet lounge, free of charge.
What is there for the kids?
There is a dedicated children’s pool, recreation centre and outdoor playground. Kids can also enjoy the Pelican Kids Club and a programme of daytime and evening animation and activities. For teens, there is a watersports centre right next to the hotel, offering windsurfing, scuba diving and many other sea and beach sports.
What is the beach like and is it nearby?
The hotel has its own private beach, accessed by an underpass right next to the hotel. It is a sand and shingle beach with wonderful views across Ixia Bay and the Aegean Sea.
What excursions are there and how much will they cost?
More detailed information on trips and excursions will be coming soon – this is so that we can give you a better idea of the costs.
These could include a trip to Rhodes Old Town, Lindos or the neighbouring island of Chalki.
What is the currency there?
The currency in Greece is the Euro.
The exchange rate changes often – so you are best looking at this closer to the time.
There are currency exchange facilities at the hotel, you will also find some exchange offices within close proximity to the hotel. There are also many ATMs that you can withdraw money from – however please do check with your bank what their charges are.
How much money should I take with me?
All of your food and drink (as stated above in the all-inclusive rates) in the hotel complex is included – you will need money for any of the excursions that you would like to do and any gifts that you wish to buy.
What plug adaptor should I take with me?
Greece uses the 2 pin plug that you would find throughout Europe.
What is the time difference?
The local time in Greece is 2 hours ahead of the UK.
What languages are spoken there?
The main language is Greek, although English is widely spoken.
