camping or holiday cottages On Isle Of Man
« on: November 04, 2009, 06:32:24 PM »
There's loads to do here! It's fairly safe for kids, everything from Steam engines to country walks and great kids parks and glorious beaches with family pubs!  Ok I have a vested interest and we do get quite a bit of rain, but it is a lovely place!! M

It is a lovely place.  I visited the Isle of Man years ago and would love to go back, but suspect I won't be able to afford it next year as we are doing Florida.

Life is what you make it.

Ok OK folks, popping my sanity tabs and laughing like crazy at your replies!! Didn't think about dodgy title so sorry if I offended anyone! Did make me laugh some more when I realised. Most I have laughed in over 2 months!! Would you like me to sort or should we let silky and ricardo? Don't know the protocol here and don't want to offend! Any prefered dates? End may june is bad as have the tt motorbike races and very expensive then as is Manx gp which I think is 2nd August bankholiday. Could even do october half term? any views? If needed will sort venue trips prices etc. To get here you can fly to Ronaldsway airport or by ferry from liverpool or Heysham. Flights cost around £35 upwards and boat is about£20 each way as a foot passenger. Good safe parking at Heysham, don't know about Liverpool. Hope all this helps! Mike
